Just a quick update – I’ve now visited all but one of the Nursing Homes in the report, and we have decided on Gloucester House in Sevenoaks, which Mum is happy with. It is actually 5 minutes from my Brother’s house, but we didn’t even know it was there so we are grateful for Chosen with Care for letting us know if it’s existence! Mum moves in during week commencing 30th January, so she should be settled in in time for her Birthday so we will have a little ‘room-warming/birthday party’ that weekend. I think that being so close to my brothers house will help her settle in and feel at home. thanks so much for your help.
