Referral Fees - not for Chosen with Care

The Sunday Times newspaper has today exposed the referral scandal where agents receive huge commissions for referring clients suffering from addictions to companies who want access to those clients. I just wanted to thank you properly for the work that you and Martha undertook to help find my Aunt a care home that suited her. When I returned from the States I was able to sit down with your document, decide which ones I wanted to follow up on, visit several and come to a clear decision quite quickly. It was the first one on your list, Bridge Haven in Bridge, about 10 minutes down the road. I thought it was excellent, especially the attitude and behaviour of the staff, and we’ve since found out that it has a very good reputation locally. Sheila is moving in on the 17th and looking forward to it. I wouldn’t have known where to start without your help and such a quick and satisfactory resolution would not have been possible.
